Designer Despina Filios (based in Rio De Janeiro, and spearheaded as “the new face of Brazilian beach fashion” by the Brazilian Press) partners her love of swimwear with great business sense – and that results in the 2007-launched label growing quickly in these tough times for starting businesses.
